A. How to Order

B. Lead-Time

In stock orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. Please allow more time for large orders or orders placed during busy seasons. An estimated ship date will be given at the time of ordering. Orders paid by check will ship after the check has cleared.

C. Back Orders

On occasion some items may become back ordered due to high demand. In this case a partial order will be shipped while the rest of the items are awaiting completion. The shipping fees will be calculated based upon the original order. No additional shipping fees will apply to orders shipped separately due to back ordering. In the event that items are added to the back order shipment, shipping fees will be calculated only on the new items added.

D. Shipping

Items will generally ship either US mail or UPS depending on the shipment size. Shipping charges are calculated from the actual shipping fee, insurance, and a minimal handling fee. Carrier selection is at the sole discretion of Wiggles, Wags & Whiskers, LLC.

E. Billing Terms

Orders are shipped pre-paid by personal check or billed to a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Charge cards are charged at the time the order is placed. COD shipments are not available. A $25.00 fee will be applied to N.S.F. (Non-Sufficient Funds) checks.

G. Distribution

Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC wholesales its products to qualified businesses for the purpose of resale to the general public. Distribution of our line is at Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC discretion. Retailers will be asked to provide a copy of their Tax ID certificate along with contact information. Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC must authorize on-line retailers, in writing, prior to listing WW&W merchandise on any E-commerce site. Wiggles, Wags & Whiskers, LLC merchandise may NOT be sold on eBay or on any other “auction” like e-commerce website. Please contact us if you need a copy of our E-Commerce & Drop Shipping Guidelines.

H. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee RETURNS|EXCHANGES|DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may exchange* the merchandise for “in-house” credit within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. Merchandise must be RECEIVED by our warehouse by the 10th day. Merchandise received after this timeframe will be returned at your expense and an in-house credit will not be issued. Prior to returning/exchanging any item, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC.

In-house credit will be determined based upon the original purchase price less a 20% re-stocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable; additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Merchandise must be in original new condition with original tags attached and unaltered (i.e. not bent, torn, or written on). Merchandise with missing/altered/marked-up tags will be charged a 50% re-stocking fee. Merchandise that is received back in dirty or “not” new condition will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. The “in-house” credit must be used with in (1) calendar year from the date of issuance.

Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the store. All returns should be insured and tracked. Merchandise that is lost/damaged in transit will NOT receive in-house credit. Damage claims due to shipping must be filed and processed by the originating store. The following items may NOT be exchanged unless they are defective:
* Collars sized greater than Large (i.e. X-Large, XX-Large).
* Clothing/apparel greater than a size 18”.
* Special orders and custom non-standard items.
* Any item that is ordered and sized differently than the sizes listed in our pricing sheets.
* Custom collars created with webbing/velvet that is not considered a stock item.
* Any item(s) created with gemstones or Swarovski crystals/pearls.

Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the shipment or they will not be accepted. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the exact same size and style as originally ordered. Defective merchandise exchanges may NOT be altered.

I. Canceled Orders

Canceled orders must be put in writing within 7 days of the original order date and faxed to (248) 307-9293 or mailed to our business address. Orders canceled after 7 days will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. In the event that the order has shipped prior to the 7th day, the return/exchange policy will apply.

J. Warranty

No warranty of any kind, implied, express or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose is given with respect to this product except as expressly described herein.

Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC warranties the topstitching and assembly of our apparel for one year starting from the date of retail customer purchase. Additionally, Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC warranties the structural components of our collars, leads, couplers, and harnesses for the entire time the original retail purchaser owns the product. Structural components include the metal hardware, webbing, and reinforced structural "x" stitching at junction points. Trim/material wear, snags, etc. are considered part of normal use and are not covered under the terms of this warranty.

This warranty does not apply to any failure defects or damage caused by hanger wear, acceptable aging, neglect, chewing, scratching, misuse, interaction with other pets, abuse, modification, unauthorized repair or alteration, washing damage, or causes external to the product such as excessive heat or burning, cutting, or acts of God. This warranty is not transferable in any manner.

The exclusive remedy under any express or implied warranties or breach of any obligation shall be repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of the product and shall be at the sole discretion of Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC. All original components must be returned to receive a new product. An RA# must accompany all items shipped back for warranty purposes. The shipping cost to Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC will be paid by the purchaser and the return shipping cost will be paid by the manufacturer (Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC).

Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC shall not be liable for proximate, incidental, consequential or other damages to property or injuries to persons or animals including recovery of losses resulting from negligence.

K. Custom Orders

Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC is happy to assist our customers by offering a Custom Order Program. The custom order form must be completed in its entirety and faxed or mailed to the manufacturer (contact information is provided on the form). A 2-4 week lead-time will apply. Custom Order forms received without all information will be returned for completion. On occasion, an additional surcharge may apply. The following is a schedule of these fees: A $5.00 surcharge will apply to any custom size ordered for collars, leads, or couplers that do not coincide with any of our pre-existing size categories or for the addition of a harness slot to any apparel item. A $10.00 surcharge will apply to any apparel or harness crafted with non-standard fabrics/materials. Custom orders are non-returnable. Custom order items returned because of a manufacturing defect may be exchanged for the exact same item, which will be made to the original custom order specifications. An RA# must accompany all Custom Order items being returned due to manufacturing defect.

Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers® is a registered trademark. Removal, obstruction, or modification of any Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC logo, registration mark, and/or care labels are strictly prohibited by law.
