A) CIRCUMFERENCE OF HEAD
Measure all the way around the largest part of the head.

B) CIRCUMFERENCE OF NECK
Measure all the way around the midpoint of the neck, halfway between the head and the base of the neck.

C) CIRCUMFERENCE OF CHEST
Measure all the way around the largest part of the chest, behind the front legs.

D) LENGTH OF BACK
Center the tape measure between the shoulder blades. Run the tape measure down the length of the back to where the tail meets the behind.

E) LENGTH OF NECK
Center the tape measure between the shoulder blades. Run the tape measure up and over the neck, past the forehead, to just before the eyes.

F) BASE OF TAIL TO BASE OF NECK
Center the tape measure between the front legs. Run the tape measure horizontal to the ground to just behind the back of the front legs.

G) LEG OPENING
Place the tape measure at the base of the neck. Run the tape measure down the length of the back to where the tail meets the behind.
