A. E-Commerce Distribution

On-line retailers must be authorized, in writing, by Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC prior to listing WW&W merchandise on any E-commerce site. All authorized on-line retailers will be listed on the Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers website. Unauthorized retailers that are displaying WW&W merchandise will be listed on our website under the “Unauthorized Retailers” section. Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC merchandise may NOT be sold on eBay or any other “auction” like setting.

B. Selection

In order to optimize sales for retailers offering WW&W merchandise we limit the number of authorized website retailers. The selection of E-commerce retailers is up to the sole discretion of the WW&W staff. E-commerce selection includes, but in not limited to the following criteria:
* 70% of the products listed on the website that are similar to WW&W merchandise, i.e. collars, clothing, etc. must be within the same retail price range and quality.
* Items that are dissimilar, i.e. toys, bowls, beds, etc. must be viewed as high-end boutique quality merchandise and should not comprise more than 30% of the website content.
* The website design and navigation is professional and easy to use.

C. Images & Descriptions

Authorized retailers may use Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC images and/or descriptions in conjunction with Wiggles, Wags, & Whiskers, LLC products when selling/offering WW&W products. This includes our website and catalog images/descriptions.

D. Retail Pricing

Products that are distributed through online retailers that do NOT stock our merchandise are required to sell WW&W merchandise at a minimum of double the listed wholesale prices.

E. Billing Terms

We charge each item directly to your charge card as it is ordered and shipped. You will receive a copy of the receipt and invoice in the mail. Your customer receives only a packing slip, without pricing information.

G. E-Commerce Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be charged per our shipping fee schedule. All fees are subject to change without notice. Packages will be shipped via US Mail or UPS. Please contact us if you would like a copy of our e-commerce shipping fee schedule.
